Professional help needed

OK I get to be the lucky person to test Office 2003 with all or most of our stuff (aka applications). Of course I have to do it while doing my other duties. Yeah, let's talk OT since I have to do pretty much everything. ugh!

My question to the industry folks that read this: I know there are some issues with Office 2k3 with lesser versions of Sharepoint. Are there other known issues with other MS products? I'd like to be enlightened as early as possible. Just to help with the troubleshooting. I also have to figure out how bad/good it is from upgrading from Office 2k to 2k3.

Yes any help is totally welcomed and possibly rewarded. Thanks all. :D

I just installed Off 2003 pro on my Alienware PC and it seems to be running just fine after all the Office Critical updates and Service packs.
We had been told at work that Outlook 2003 interacts differently with and Exchange 2000 server than Outlook 2000 and Outlook XP did. We were STRONGLY advised not to use Out2003 for our email at work.

Here's what work has come up with in the last two days. Outlook 2k3 works fine with our Exchange 2k servers. Just the ramped up features in Outlook 2k3 are not available. We've been running that for at least a year on several machines w/in the company. The CFO is the major test person on that one.

They have deceided not to go with Exchange 2k3 due to the "roaming" profile that would be available. As far as we know the temp files left behind are not removed/deleted which is not good for an auditing firm.

Thanks all for the help.
